Research Statement
Prof. Kou's work is at the interface of quantum information and condensed matter physics. Her lab focuses on building novel superconducting circuit elements and qubits as well as using superconducting circuits to probe condensed matter systems such as topological materials that may be useful for quantum information.
Graduate Research Opportunities
We are looking for students to work on building protected qubits using superconducting circuits.
